WB-00 wheel clamp is widely used in outdoor port loading and unloading and container crane in the working or non working condition of wind proof brake.

The WB-00 clamping wheel device is not affected by the rail irregularity, and is directly arranged on the passive wheel of the mechanism, so as to prevent the wheel rolling due to the action of wind force.

The braking force is made by the oil cylinder, so that the disc spring is compressed, the release is generated, and the maximum amount is 110KN.

Hydraulic station with a manual pump, can be released at any time braking force.

Set limit switch, can be used with the protection of the walk.  

The brake pad is made of asbestos free friction material, and the friction coefficient is 0.5.
